Where is everyone today?

Usually my email is blowing up with comments and new posts. Today next to nothing. Where is everyone?

  1. Well...I for one was busy watching movies with Todd and Victor. (Todd and Victor will refrain from commenting on that statement.) You see there is this discount store near here that was clearing out their back room and DVDs were 40 cents and 60 cents each, so Victor and I stocked up. (CDs were 30 cents.)

  2. Don't tell Melia DVD's were 40 cents. She's likely to be on your doorstep by morning to see what she can get her hands on that she doesn't already have.

  3. Some of us do have to work, you know. Then I have to fight my husband for the computer, because he doesn't want to get his laptop out.
Did you get any good movies???

  4. Oldies, but goodies...Now...Where's the popcorn?

  5. No Popcorn. Muddy Buddies (chocolate covered gummi bears)

  6. Ron the reason you need to actually buy your movies versus renting them is so you have several opportunities to sleep through them :-)

  7. Ron, you must have developed the ability to sleep through movies from Mom. I'm not sure she ever saw a complete movie.

    Two points:
    1) It needs to be popcorn, not the gummy bears.
    2) I am using my laptop today!

  8. Ohhh...You got that one right, Todd. I just hate to waste a good 40 cent movie!

  9. Actually Wayne, I have two strikes against me on that count...Not only could Mom sleep her way through a movie but Dad, as you may recall, only needed a good movie and he was sawing them off before the opening credits had finished!

But I would stay awake longer if I had popcorn!

  10. I must agree. The only thing that keeps me awake during a movie is popcorn and a good diet coke. If its a real treat, I throw a box of junior mints in with the popcorn.

  11. Popcorn redvines an a coke zero is my ticket to success at the movies to stay awake well plus an almost 7 yr old

  12. My mom obviously inherited that ability to sleep through movies too. I have even seen her sleep during a movie in the theater.

  13. Sleeping in movie theatres represents the problem in its advanced stages and was definitely inherited from your Grandpa G. I, on the other hand, only fall asleep when I am curled up at the end of the plush sofa in Todd's family. But don't worry...I may be asleep, but I am still paying attention to the movie.
